Everything to know before you come

No reception desk, no queue: you let yourself in with a code, whenever suits you from 3 pm.

Arrival

Check-in is from 3 pm, seven days a week, public holidays included.
Every apartment has a connected lock. You receive your personal code before you arrive, it works for the whole of your stay and stops working after you leave.
Earlier arrival is possible when the calendar allows. Just ask: it is free for direct bookings.

Departure

Check-out is before 10 am. Cleaning takes place between your departure and the next arrival.
A late check-out is possible when there is no arrival the same day. Write to us the day before.
Nothing to hand back, nothing to sign: you simply close the door behind you.

Cleaning and linen

The apartment is cleaned by a professional team before every arrival.
Bed linen, bath towels, toilet paper and soap are provided.
Beyond seven nights, a mid-stay clean is offered free to direct bookings.

Payment, deposit and tax

Payment is made online at the time of booking, by card or PayPal.
A security deposit of €350 to €500 depending on the apartment is taken before entry and released after departure.
The City of Paris tourist tax applies per person per night. It is shown separately during booking.

House rules

The apartments are non-smoking.
Parties and events are not allowed, out of respect for the neighbours.
The number of guests declared at booking must match the number of people staying.
