Akila Apart City

One address, then four

Akila Apart City was founded in Paris in 2018 by Akila, around a first studio on boulevard Saint-Michel.

What we do

We rent four furnished apartments in Paris for short stays, for business travel as much as for holidays. Three in the 5th arrondissement, around the Panthéon and the Sorbonne, one in the 9th between the Opéra and Montmartre.

These are not hotel rooms. They are complete apartments, with a fitted kitchen, a washing machine and everything you need to live normally for a few days. The original idea has not changed: to be at home, in a location you could not otherwise afford, at a price that still makes sense.

How we work

We run the apartments ourselves, with no agency in between. Your messages reach us directly and the answer goes out the same day, seven days a week.

Check-in is self-service, with an access code, whenever suits you from 3 pm. Cleaning is done by a professional team before every arrival. Bed linen, towels and the first-hour essentials are provided.

What we publish

Every review our guests leave is published as written, reservations included: the size of the studios, the heat under the mezzanine in summer, the absence of air conditioning. A guest who knows what to expect has a better stay, and we would rather have one well-informed booking than one more booking.

The rating

Three of our four apartments are officially rated meublés de tourisme, from 3 to 4 stars, and the fourth is being classified. This is a French government classification, granted after inspection by an accredited body, covering equipment, comfort and service, and reviewed every five years.

The company

Akila Apart City is a French company. Each apartment is registered with the City of Paris; the numbers appear on each apartment page and in the legal notice.
