Location
Le Fortet
Le Fortet occupies the ground floor of a building listed by the City of Paris, the former Collège de Fortet, founded in 1394. It is the most spacious of our four apartments. Rue Valette is a quiet street climbing towards the Panthéon, a few minutes on foot from the Sorbonne, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Seine.
Two sleeping areas, a bedroom under old beams and a mezzanine bed, a sitting room closed off by a steel-framed glass partition, a long dining table and a marble bathroom with twin basins. Ground floor, no lift.
In detail
The building
21 rue Valette stands on the site of the former Collège de Fortet, founded in 1394. The building is listed by the City of Paris. The apartment is on the ground floor, no lift, on a quiet street climbing towards the Panthéon.
The living space
Sixty square metres, the largest of the four. A sitting room under beams closed off by a steel-framed glass partition, a long dining table, and a mezzanine bed above the kitchen. Television and internet included.
The kitchen and bathroom
A fully fitted grey kitchen with a wooden worktop: hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, crockery and utensils. Marble bathroom with twin basins and a walk-in shower.
Linen and housekeeping
Washing machine in the apartment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, table linen and tea towels. Bed linen and towels provided and changed before every arrival.
