How it works

What the platform takes

When you book through a platform, it takes a commission on the value of the stay, and adds a service fee charged to you. Here there is no commission and no service fee: you pay the rate we set, and we receive what you pay.

On this site you pay the rate we set, without the commission and service fees added by the platforms.

Your messages reach us directly. A question about arrival, a bag to drop off, a stay to move: the answer comes the same day.

Things money cannot buy

Late check-out when the calendar allows, early arrival, a mid-stay clean beyond seven nights. Direct bookings only.

Your questions

Booking direct, in practice

Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by our booking provider, by card or PayPal, on a secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel?
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if arrival is fourteen days away or more. 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days before arrival. No refund within seven days of arrival.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, between €350 and €500 depending on the apartment, taken before entry and released after departure if the apartment is left in good order.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with an access code, from 3 pm, any day of the week. The code is sent to you before you arrive. Check-out is before 10 am.
What if I have a question during my stay?
Write to contact@akila-apartcity.com or simply reply to your confirmation message. We answer the same day.
