It sits on boulevard Saint-Michel, steps from place de la Sorbonne and six hundred metres from the Panthéon. A well-kept base, where the bed sits up on the mezzanine on a 140 × 200 mattress, and the living space opens onto a white kitchen corner with a wooden worktop.
Everything needed for an independent stay: fitted kitchenette, shower room with washing machine. Ground floor, no lift.

The bed sits on a mezzanine, with a 140 × 200 mattress for two. Fifteen square metres on the floor, plus three on the mezzanine.
Living and kitchen
Sofa, round table and smart television. A white kitchen corner with a wooden worktop, open to the living space: hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, crockery.
The shower room
Shower, vanity basin, large mirror, hair dryer, heated towel rail, washing machine. Toilet inside the shower room. Towels, soap and paper provided.
Worth knowing
This is a compact studio, and guests say so in their reviews: an excellent base, not a place to spend the day in. No air conditioning; the mezzanine gets warm at the height of summer and a fan is provided.
