We stayed at Akila’s place for three nights and found that it was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location with restaurants in every direction. There’s an excellent mini supermarket right next-door and a Starbucks half a block down the street. It’s a short walk to Notre Dame and a Hop on Hop off bus stop. The metro is a couple blocks away. It’s a very small apartment as advertised.

Paris was the first stop for my honeymoon with my wife and this apartment was just what we needed! It is very small and cozy but we were willing to compromise on space for the location. It is within walking distance to Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Luxembourg Gardens, and so many other Paris destinations! The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch that we used each morning and there’s a Marks and Spencer food right beside the apartment entrance for any last minute food you may need. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. My wife was also happy they provided a hair dryer! Overall a great stay with Akila and Thierry!

We had a great time here. The apartment was incredibly clean and organized. It is tiny, but doesn’t feel like it because it is very well laid out and furnished so nicely. The location is perfect. Akila is very quick to reply to messages. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely apartment! Very cosy but perfect for a couple. It’s very close to Notre Dame and a metro station so it’s easy to get around to see the main attractions. It was very clean when we arrived and Akila was very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The stay at Akilas place in Paris was just as expected from the other references. The small flat has everything you need for a stay in a city. Although it gets warm in the summer, Akila provides a fan that makes it comfortable.

A very cozy and lovely apartment perfect for two! The sofa converts into a bed for two, and there are sufficient amenities for us to cook for our short stay there. The very accommodating host showed us around the small apartment and gave us clear instructions how to use the appliances. The location was a walking distance from the Gare du Nord station, and the train station as well! Great experience overall.

This apartment is exactly as the pictures say and in a great location. It is astonishingly clean and made just for little trips like ours. I will say, it is as tiny as you think from the photos, but that wasn't a problem as we spent very little time in there. The TV remote was broken, but again that wasn't really a big deal. It was very easy to get to from the train station and Uber was readily available every time we needed one. The lofted bed space is pretty hot (we visited in July) with two people sleeping up there. There is a little fan which helped a lot, but there's just not any airflow other than the one window. I can't imagine this would be an issue most months, but if you're sensitive to the heat consider looking for a space with more windows. The space does have a front door camera from the inside, which I wish the host had been more up front about. It's not a huge problem but this is an advisory to anyone reading this.

Akila's place is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! It is a cozy little loft with a picturesque courtyard with shops and restaurants right outside. I would recommend no more than 2 people stay here because the space is tight. There's also not much sunlight into the place since the window faces an alley with a movie theater. However, it has all that you need for a comfortable stay in Paris: kitchenette, smart TV, and a clean bathroom with great water pressure. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch and a perfect way to start every morning. The apartment is brand new and extremely clean! With the location being so central to everything, it made it easy to constantly be out and about and circle back home to drop things off if needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Akila’s Accomodation on Boulevard of St Michel is perfect for a couple to stay and explore Paris by walking. It is clean, small but has All the mod cons and an M& S convenience store next door to the grand safe entry. Akila responds with requests promptly. I do recommend and we would stay here again should we return.

This place is really close by Notre-Dame and Sainte Chapelle. There is M and S supermarket so easy to get some food and drinks.

Though small, this apartment is the picture of efficiency with very modern appointments. Lighting in the kitchen area is excellent and the motion sensor night lights in the ceiling assure guests of safe movement in the dark. Our host met us and give us quick explanation of operations. There are also handy laminated cards in several languages with additional explanation of washer, t.v., humidifer. The location of the apartment is convenient to the Metro as well as several bistros and shops. We were very happy with this booking and recommend is highly.

Akila's place is situated in a great location, we enjoyed walking throughout the neighbourhood and also it is well connected to the metro station and within short metro distance to the main attractions. The flat is clean, stylish, has everything you would need for a short stay. We feared at first that the bed would not be comfortable as it is a sofa-bed but it was actually very good. Would recommend it for future stay.

Akila’s place is very nice. Close to major attractions, many nice dining options, the metro, and shopping. The place was clean and modern. Small, but comfortable for two people. When we had trouble getting into the apartment, Akila responded immediately to our phone calls. Wish check in could be earlier, as we had an early flight into Paris. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! We will be back.

I have to say, that our stay was much better than anticipated! My Fiancé and I booked a last minute trip to Paris that we wanted to do on a budget but didn't want to forfeit proximity to the heart of the city or some of its tourist attractions, so when we found Akila's apartment we went for it. The space is certainly "cozy" but it's laid out very well and it's close to a ton of shopping, great restaurants & only a couple blocks away from Notre Dame. The loft space where the bed is located gets a little warm during the summer (though afterall, heat rises) however there's also a pull-out couch if needed. Luckily my fiancé and I are on the shorter side - otherwise, if you're a tall person or a tall couple - you would probably find the apartment impractical. Overall - we had a great stay! Akila & Thierry were incredbily coummunicative, warm and helpful.

This flat is perfect for a single person traveling through Paris. It is super easy to check in/enter and it has everything you need. The apartment is very small, as described, so it’s not really a place to hang out, but is an excellent home base for sleeping, showering, and heading out to explore the city. There is a washing machine in the apartment, and a laundromat 2 blocks away with dryers. Awesome neighborhood, cute little flat, highly recommend.

Stylish space in a good location. The flat is small but well laid out to maximise the space there is. The bathroom is a comfortable size too. The only issue was how hot the room was during the day and the night as there is no air conditioning - a dehumidifier and small fan are provided to help with this. The TV is connected to the internet meaning access to Netflix and YouTube. This was a very nice touch. Overall an enjoyable space to stay in.

Akila’s place was ideal for me in terms of location and size. The place is exactly as pictured, and I had access to all the needed amenities. It was clean, bright, modern and quiet. Both check-in and out went smoothly. The sofa bed is still new and comfortable to sleep in. She and Thierry were both charming hosts and I felt very at ease. The street and courtyard are really lovely. I hope to return!
